PMA Abergele Class Timetable

Whether you're looking for children's martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing or ladies-only fitness classes, PMA Abergele has a programme to suit every age, ability and fitness level.

Our structured timetable makes it easy to find classes that fit around school, work and family life. Whether you're taking your first steps into martial arts or looking to improve your fitness, our experienced instructors will support you every step of the way.


Little Dragons (Ages 4–6)

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

Our Little Dragons programme is the perfect introduction to martial arts for young children. Classes are fun, engaging and designed to improve confidence, coordination, listening skills and respect.

Class Times

  • Monday – 4:15pm
  • Tuesday – 4:15pm
  • Wednesday – 4:15pm
  • Friday – 4:15pm


Junior Kickboxing (Ages 7–11)

Class Duration: 40 Minutes

These energetic classes help children build confidence, improve fitness and learn practical martial arts skills in a positive and supportive environment.

Class Times

  • Monday – 4:50pm
  • Tuesday – 4:50pm
  • Wednesday – 4:50pm
  • Friday – 4:50pm


Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Self Defence (Ages 8+)

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

Our Kids BJJ programme focuses on practical self-defence, confidence and problem-solving while teaching children how to stay calm and controlled in challenging situations.

  • Monday – 5:30pm
  • Wednesday – 5:30pm
  • Friday – 5:30pm


Teen Kickboxing (Ages 12–15)

Class Duration: 45 Minutes

Designed specifically for teenagers, these classes improve fitness, discipline, confidence and striking skills in a motivating and friendly environment.

  • Tuesday – 5:30pm
  • Thursday – 5:15pm


Adult Kickboxing

Class Duration: 1 Hour

Whether you're training for fitness, weight loss, self-defence or simply to relieve stress, our adult kickboxing classes provide a challenging and enjoyable full-body workout suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.

  • Tuesday – 6:30pm

Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Self Defence

Class Duration: 1 Hour

Learn one of the world's most effective self-defence systems while improving your fitness, confidence and problem-solving skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.

  • Tuesday – 7:30pm
  • Wednesday – 7:30pm

HABIT Fitness – Ladies Only Circuits

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

Our ladies-only circuit training sessions combine strength, cardio and functional fitness in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Suitable for all fitness levels, these sessions are designed to help you feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

Morning Classes

Evening Classes
