WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST KICKBOXING CLASS

Walking into a martial arts class for the first time can feel daunting, we get that. Here's exactly what happens:


✅ You'll be welcomed by Jack or Sacha before class starts


✅ You'll warm up with the group — nothing too intense, just enough to get moving


✅ You'll be paired with someone at a similar level to you


✅ You'll learn 2–3 basic techniques and practise them in a safe, supportive environment


✅ You'll finish knowing you can come back


No experience needed. No special kit required for your first session. Just turn up.
